Lurcher Link is a voluntary organisation whose aim is to try and save Lurchers' lives by liaising between rescues, stray pounds and members of the public.

Many Lurchers are destroyed each week because the stray pounds are full and their local rescues have no room for any more dogs. Yet in other parts of the country, people are looking for Lurchers to rehome.

Kefalonia Animal Trust  Kefalonia Animal Trust is a registered Greek animal charity, dedicated to caring for the welfare of the dogs, cats and other animals of Kefalonia, the largest of the Ionian Islands. They also carry local information and gossip, Kefalonian news, pictures and other information about Kefalonia in general.

Riverside Meadows Riding Centre Riverside Meadows is a brand new horse riding centre in the heart of Milton Keynes. They are a lovely bunch of people who genuinely care for their animals and a day out with the Riverside Meadows horses is always filled with fun and lots of laughter! Beginners, novices and experienced riders are welcome, lessons start from half hourly sessions up to 6 hour rides. During the school holidays they hold games days, gymkhanas, themed days and own-a-pony days. For those who want to try something different, they can give you driving lessons and trips with their specially trained ponies and trap. It is also possible to train your pony to drive. They are a registered charity and work with organisations to allow children and adults the chance to ride and care for horses in the community.
